Liverpool is with a huge confidence right now, after a spectacular performance and a heavy blowout victory, 0:5 vs big rival Man Utd, on Old Trafford. And it's not only about that game, but Liverpool is generally in their recognizable super form, they managed to score at least three goals in 9 of last 10 matches in all competitions, and the only one match where they failed to do it was a derby clash vs Man City, 2:2 on Anfield. Right now, Liverpool is one of the best teams in the world, and their superstar Mohamed Salah is clearly the best player in the world in last few months. Liverpool will have an extra motive in this clash vs Brighton, as this team managed to beat them on Anfield, in previous campaign.
Brighton is a team with big ambitions this season, they are now 5th on the table, and are defensively one of the most stable teams in the league, with 9 conceded goals in first 9 round matches. However, Brighton is not in a good momentum ahead of this tough visit, as they are coming from a 1:4 blowout defeat vs Man City in previous round.
Therefore, i am not sure if they can recover from that one, ahead of this extremely tough clash on Anfield.
Liverpool is just too good right now, and they are by far the most efficient team in Premier League this season, and they are again extremely dominant on Anfield, so i see hosts able to cover this AH -1.5 here.
