New Jersey Devils vs LA Kings Best Bet: An East vs West Battle
New Jersey Devils vs LA Kings Best Bet: Thursday, February 23rd
The Mayor of Value City produced a 13 – 2 record in February. His dominance has also included a ridiculous ROI/Yield Percentage from all of the plus-money offers he’s handed out. Well, in classic Ej Garr fashion, he has done it again so expect another tip with plus-money value to hit the board! Let’s take it to the ice.

I called the exact score of the Vancouver vs Nashville game on Tuesday night, and that 4 – 4 result led you to another 2.46 ticket to cash! If you liked that call, wait until you scroll down and see the odds for the tip I am giving you for Thursday’s East vs West battle in the Garden State.
I just watched the Habs completely dismantle the Devils on Tuesday, 5 – 2, and amazingly, the Canadiens only totaled 17 shots on goal to the Devils’ 40 attempts on net. The line setters gave the Habs no chance to win that game listing the Devils at 1.28, but we all know that favourites with big odds were born to die
New Jersey is now 5 points in back of Carolina for the Metropolitan Division lead, and I suspect another loss is coming for the home team tonight. The Kings are also in second place but are only two points behind Vegas for the Pacific Division top spot.
I don’t think I have to mention that every point is worth its weight in gold as we come down the stretch of the regular season, and call me crazy but this game is going to overtime tonight. I would tell you how I know this but I would have to kill you, HA!
The Kings started this current 5-game road trip with a 2 – 1 loss to Minnesota on Tuesday night, and I think they will rebound nicely catching Jersey after that debacle I just saw with my own eyes against Montreal. I am sorry, but I think Vitek Vancek just loses his focus at times, despite having won 8 of his last 10 outings. He only faced 17 shots and let 5 of those pucks get past him, and 3 of those goals were just weak sauce.
When you see a .765 save percentage for the night, that just screams about how bad his performance was against a team they were supposed to handle at home. Now the Kings come in here needing to respond to the 5 – 2 loss against New Jersey back in January on LA’s home ice
Phoenix Copley got the start on Tuesday, and I expect Jonathan Quick to continue to stay on the sidelines for the Kings tonight. Quick is far from the player he has been in recent years so let’s call it what it is… Has been! That sounds about right!
It looks like Copley and Vanacek will be announced as the two starting netminders, as they are listed as probable for Thursday thus far. That can always change and if the Kings are stupid enough to let Quick start again you better pound New Jersey to crush the Kings. As long as Copley does indeed get the start between the pipes, I habe the Kings to win and a lovely offer to follow it up.
New Jersey Devils vs LA Kings Best Bet
This game will be 3 – 3 when they go to overtime and the LA Kings will gain that second point in the extra frame. Whether it takes a PK shootout or not, the Kings will eventually come away with a 4 – 3 home win when the final horn sounds. At 2.77, the Mayor of Value City is happy to put yet another plus-money offer on the table because that’s what I do! DROP THE PUCK!
