Let’s just call it what it is since Tocchett doesn’t want to get it. These players want to go forward and stay there, and even his back line wants to push forward to the offense. All it is doing is leading to odd-man rushes and transition goals against them and that will come in handy tonight again.
After watching this team play my Rangers the other night, it is clear that the Canucks want to try to outscore you rather than trying to defend. I am okay with that tonight because of the odds we have for the total in this match.

What a crazy third period that was against Minnesota, and I think that momentum will carry into this game. The Predators may have lost that game, 4 – 3, but the 7 goals against Florida was an impressive showing I hope they are building on. Getting the Canucks on home ice should provide a wealth of success for the Predator offense again, and I expect them t strongly contribute to our total.
