Dallas Stars vs Vegas Golden Knights Best Bet: Knights A Step Away from Finals
Dallas Stars vs Vegas Golden Knights Best Bet: Thursday, May 25th
The Vegas Golden Knights are one win away from clinching an appearance in the Stanley Cup Finals. With a 3 – 0 Western Conference Finals lead entering Thursday’s match in Dallas, the Stars face a tremendous uphill battle trying to accomplish something that has never been done in the history of the NHL.

The Vegas Golden Knights earned a resounding win on Tuesday night in Dallas after winning both of their home games in overtime against the Stars. Now up 3 – 0 in the Western Conference Finals, history is on the Knights’ side because there has never been a comeback in the final four of the Stanley Cup Playoffs!
As I explained in my last two articles, four teams have made a comeback to win a series after going down 3 games to love. The first time it happened was in the 1942 NHL Finals when Detroit blew a 3 – 0 lead to the Maple Leafs. The other three occasions were in the early rounds of the playoffs, so it has yet to be done in the semifinals.
History aside, the Stars got completely dismantled on Tuesday night at home, and the stats support the reasons for the loss in Game 3 at home for Dallas. With only 16 shots for the entire match, the six penalties committed led to one power-play tally for Vegas and a 4 – 0 win in the post-season is mighty impressive.
I will admit that I thought that Dallas would be able to climb back in this series with my last article, and I apologize for the missed tip as I always do. The Stars are favoured again for Game 4 despite looking like a hockey team that has no clue in figuring out how to beat Vegas. Those two overtime losses in Vegas to start this series did take the life out of Texas Vegas dominated all three facets of the ice this past Tuesday, and it is hard for me to see past that going into Thursday’s game in Dallas.
Home ice in the post-season hasn’t exactly led to much success this season, and Florida has certainly proven that in this year’s Eastern Conference Stanley Cup Playoffs. I don’t think the Stars have enough in the tank to stop the train that is the Golden Knights right now, and at plus-money on the Moneyline you know I am always okay with those types of offers.
I can’t be the Mayor of Value City without constantly posting tips with value, and the Knights to win Game 4 on the road features a price of 2.13 if you are a 1XBet user. They have been offering the best lines throughout these playoffs, but most major sportsbooks are close to 2.10 for the Knights to win with OT-Included.

I am sorry I am not going too extreme here, but that 2.13 offer is not exactly out of range to get a decent return on our investment. That is always my goal, and it looks like Dallas has given up as far as I can see. That performance at home in Game 3 was the most pathetic showing I have seen in years, so how the hell do the line setters see Dallas as the better team tonight?
No, they’re not!
