The mighty Titanic fell on April 12, and the former Mighty Ducks aren’t playing so mighty of late! Anaheim has now lost 11 straight games and 13 of their last 14 affairs as next season just can’t get here fast enough for this organization.

Anaheim still has six defensemen on the injury report, and it is not just the missing players that are causing the poor run of results. John Gibson has, however, suffered through all the changes in the back line and communication has not worked out so well this campaign. Gibson’s GAA is now just a hundredth of a point away from a straight 4 goals allowed per night.

I can only assume that many of you have seen me do the Johnny Gibson fade around here on many occasions, and we are doing it again tonight but yet still finding value in doing it. Marathon Sportsbook is showing a 2.21 offer on the expectation of a Vancouver win and Both Teams to Score a goal.
