Today’s Horse Racing Tips – September 12th
There are six meetings in Britain and Ireland on a busy and varied Tuesday, with competitive flat racing dominating from Catterick, Galway, Laytown (on the beach) and Leicester. Jumping fans are in for a busy afternoon and evening, with Kelso and Worcester both staging interesting summer cards.

Catterick 3:30 (UK time)
Ruth Carr’s exposed veteran 6-y-o handicapper has bounced back to his very best form at Catterick this summer, notching three course and distance wins since May (coming from last to first in impressIve fashion last time out). A fast run seven furlongs at this sharp track would be his optimum conditions, and he can weave his way through late under regular rider James Sullivan enjoying any luck in running.

Today’s Value Angle
All in the Hips
Catterick 4:05 (UK time)
Dave Evans has his team in terrific form at the moment, with 5 winners in the last fortnight at a 25pc strike rate, and his sprint handicapper has had excuses twice since winning at Bath in August (missed the break over 5f last time out at Wolverhampton and very wide trip at Windsor previously). He should relish the fast ground at Catterick on Tuesday, and has the assistance of Ben Curtis again which is a big positive to his chances.
Odds: NA
