Today’s Horse Racing Tips – September 18th
There are six meetings in Britain and Ireland on Monday, with Brighton, Fairyhouse, Kempton (AW) and Thirsk providing some competitive low grade flat action to keep bookmakers and punters busy. Jumping fans have interesting cards at Listowel and Worcester to study, with the action getting underway at the latter venue at 2.05pm.

Brighton 1:55 (UK time)
Michael Attwater’s exposed 7-y-o handicapper bounced back to his very best form when winning on fast ground at Bath last time out, doing well to sustain a run through from a poor early position (finding strongly in a fast run sprint). He has only inched up the weights a few pounds, and can land this Class 6 with conditions to suit and the promising 3lb claimer Paddy Bradley back in the saddle again.
Odds: NA
Today’s Value Angle
Platinum Prince
Brighton 3:05 (UK time)
Gary Moore has an excellent record at this track, particularly when the money is down, and his 6-y-o had been hinting his turn was near until disappointing at Epsom last time out (run easy to excuse under a negative ride from rear). He now has the talented 5lb claimer Anna Gibson taking over in the saddle, and his excellent record at Brighton certainly increase’s confidence of a bold showing (four runs, one win and three placed efforts).
Odds: NA
Odds are best odds available as at 2am September 18th 2023. Odds may now differ.
