Today’s Horse Racing Tips – August 30th
There are six meetings in Britain and Ireland on Friday, with fans of the turf in for a busy afternoon. They have competitive action to study at Ffos Las, Salisbury, Southwell (AW), Sandown and Thirsk, with competitive fields and fast ground expected in front of holiday crowds. Jumping fans will head down to deepest Sussex, where Fontwell stage a competitive card starting at 4.25pm.

Two Shoes
Sandown 1.50 (UK time)
Julie Camacho would not be the most frequent visitor down south to Sandown, and her unexposed juvenile is fancied to make a winning start in handicaps under Ryan Sexton. She impressed amidst greeness on her debut at Carlisle over five furlongs, and had excuses in listed company at Newmarket when disappointing last time out (free on the wrong part of the track and faded a furlong out over 6f).
Odds: 4.50

King of Charm
Sandown 3.30 (UK time)
Martin Dunne’s handicapper has run two crackers in defeat at this track over seven furlongs this summer, and should be well suited by this step up to a mile under Kieran Shoemark. He can easily be excused a lesser effort on the all-weather at Lingfield last time out, and remain open to plenty more improvement after just four career starts so far on the turf.
Odds: 5.50
