There is another heavyweight clash in Argentina to look forward to on Sunday night. Independiente are the most successful club in the history of the Copa Libertadores with seven wins. They have suffered a slump in recent years and made a disastrous start to the season. Los Diablos Rojos have nine points so far and are languishing near the bottom of the table.
Racing Club will also be far from pleased with the start they have made. They are 10th in the league but a series of wins could see them fly up the table. Racing Club were the first team in Argentina to win seven consecutive league titles and are considered one of the big five.

Racing Club have beaten Independiente in five of the last six meetings between the sides. They also have the joint fourth-best xG in the league at this early stage but have been underperforming the metric. However, they are scoring 0.19 more goals per game than they are conceding so I fancy them to do well against a side that are struggling.
