Premier League Winner Odds: Arsenal to stay the course this time
It will come as no surprise that Manchester City are the favourites once again. Pep Guardiola’s side have won the last three Premier League titles. They have been pushed hardest by Liverpool over that period but have proven they have the grit to see off any challenge. They are deservedly favourites once again, but we are going to stray away from them here due to the fact they are odds on in the betting.
Arsenal are best positioned to challenge Manchester City for the title. They have brought in Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber to bolster an already impressive squad. It also seems as though they will add further reinforcements before the transfer window slams shut.
The Gunners were on course to hit the 100-point mark at the halfway stage last season. Fatigue became an issue towards the end of the campaign when they won just three of their last nine matches. Their busy summer window should go a long way to remedying this issue.
Arteta has proven himself to be an astute tactician since joining Arsenal. His box midfield has helped Arsenal dominate possession in a vast majority of their matches. The Gunners finally look as though they can slug it with the big boys after years of falling short against top-quality opposition.
For those looking for someone a little further down in the betting, Manchester United appeals at 12.00 with bet365. They made steady progress under Erik Ten Hag last season, and the Red Devils should be more capable of playing out from the back with Andre Onana between the sticks. However, they struggled to score the goals required last season, and a green Rasmus Hojlund is unlikely to fix that immediately.
- Selection: Arsenal To Win The Premier League
- Odds: 6.00

- Stakes: 5/10

Premier League Top Four Odds: Klopp’s Liverpool to Regain Their Place in the Champions League
Fifth place in the Premier League next season will likely earn a spot in the 2024/25 Champions League due to the competition’s new format, but for the purposes of this bet, we are focusing on the top four.
Liverpool endured a calamitous start to last season, and it proved costly in the race for the top four. They looked as though they could reel in a jaded Manchester United side at one stage, yet they have had to settle for a place in the Europa League.
Klopp changed his team’s shape and moved Trent Alexander-Arnold into midfield to devastating effect. Liverpool have continued to bolster their squad this summer, and their new midfield looks set to complement their attack of Salah, Nunez and Gakpo, so we are backing them to finish in the top four. Unibet are best priced at 1.58, though the selection is widely available.
Another side that should make it into the top four is Manchester United. They went deep into all four competitions last season and managed to navigate their way into the top four with relative ease. Ten Hag wasn’t blessed with the deepest of squads, but the club have begun to add strength in depth in this window.
So far, they have signed Mount, Hojlund and Onana. Hojlund is set to be their starting striker, and the hope is he can alleviate some of the pressure on Marcus Rashford. How the Dane starts the campaign will determine the summit of United’s aspirations this season. Regardless, the Red Devils will be confident of making it into the top four once again – Betfred and Coral have this priced at 1.80.
- Selection: Liverpool To Finish In The Top Four
- Odds: 1.58
- Bookmaker: Unibet
- Stakes: 8/10

Premier League Top Scorer Odds: Salah to Provide Haaland’s competition
Last season was Erling Haaland’s first in English football, and he didn’t disappoint. He came with the reputation of being a goalscoring machine, and the Dane duly delivered. His goalscoring exploits were not difficult to predict. One of the world’s finest attackers joined Pep Guardiola’s swashbuckling Manchester City. Subsequently, the result was terrifying for opposition after opposition. Haaland is odds on to be the Premier League’s top scorer once again this season, so we’ll focus our attention elsewhere.
Mohamed Salah has been the Premier League’s top scorer twice, and he managed to net 19 goals last season. The campaign will be remembered as a huge disappointment for Klopp’s side, and Salah is capable of even more goals in a firing Liverpool side.
Salah ended last season in good form. He had an xG of 23.34 over the course of the season; only Haaland’s xG was higher. If the Egyptian can return to his clinical best, there is no reason why he can’t net 30+ goals in the upcoming campaign. Betway is currently best priced at 11.00 for Salah to be the league’s top scorer.
Harry Kane was Haaland’s closest competitor in the race to be the top scorer last season. The Englishman scored 30 goals, six fewer than Haaland, and overperformed his xG of 23.06 significantly. However, Kane’s future remains in the air, with Bayern Munich pursuing his signature. If you fancy Kane to stick around, you can get odds of 8.00 for him to be the league’s top scorer with several bookmakers, including bet365.
If you’re looking for a ‘safe’ bet or looking to combine this selection in an acca, Erling Halland remains the safest bet in this market.
- Selection: Mohamed Salah To Be Top Scorer
- Odds: 11.00
- Bookmaker: Betway
- Stakes: 4/10

Premier League Biggest Longshot Value Odds: Rashford to Kick On
Manchester United secured a place in the top four and lifted the League Cup last season. This was in no small part due to the efforts of Marcus Rashford. The England international provided goals in a team that lacked cutting edge in the striker department. United have looked to assemble a more well-rounded attack this summer, and Rashford should flourish if he is afforded more space by the opposition.
Marcus Rashford enjoyed a tremendous first season under Erik Ten Hag. After returning from the World Cup, his run of 17 goals in 17 matches showcased his attacking prowess as the attacker relished the opportunity to play in his favoured position off of the left.
In the Premier League, Rashford scored 17 goals and managed five assists for his teammates. If Rasmus Hojlund has the desired effect, those assist numbers could drastically increase with United having a focal point in attack. The Dane’s runs into the channels should also afford Rashford space to run into.
There is also room for Rashford to be more clinical in front of goal. His Expected Goals total of 18.76xG was the 6th highest in the league last season. He underperformed by 1.76xG.
Rashford was nominated in the top six for the PFA’s Fans Player of the Year award last season. He also received the PFA Merit Award to recognise his charitable endeavours off the pitch.
- Selection: Rashford To Win PFA Player Of The Year
- Odds: 26.00
- Bookmaker: bet365
- Stakes: 2/10

Premier League Relegation Odds: No Looking Past Sheffield United
Sheffield United are 1.61 to go down with bet365, having come up from the Championship as runners-up last season. They have spent very little at this stage, and significant investment is needed if the club want to survive in the Premier League next season, so it’s easy to see why they are amongst the favourites to go down.
Iliman Ndiaye has departed to join Marseille. Blades fans have been left to wonder where the creativity and goals will come from next season. There is little optimism with the season fast approaching.
Things looked precarious for Bournemouth when Scott Parker faced the press after a 9-0 thumping at Anfield at the beginning of last season. Many condemned them to relegation after that result, but they turned things around as the season went on. They invested in the squad in January, with Gary O’Neil able to galvanise the players.
Bournemouth have since sacked O’Neil and brought in Andoni Iraola. He guided Rayo Vallecano to an 11th-place finish in the league last season, and now he’s taking over a side that finished 15th in the Premier League.
Bournemouth are third-favourites to be relegated with most bookmakers, but it doesn’t look great value at 3.00. They have spent over £60 million this summer, and their most notable departure is Jefferson Lerma, who left for Crystal Palace on a free. The decision to sack Gry O’Neil highlights the board’s lofty ambitions, and they appear to be following this up in the transfer market.
The Cherries enjoyed five years in the Premier League under Eddie Howe. A prolonged stay in the top flight could be on the cards once again.
- Selection: Sheffield United To Be Relegated
- Odds: 1.61
- Bookmaker: bet365
- Stakes: 9/10
