Euro 2021 Spain Odds, Tips, Stats
2012 Euro champions Spain will step on the pitch hoping to regain their former glory at the international stage. La Roja have had less than desirable showings in their last two major competitions and are due to make a comeback in spectacular fashion.
Spain have three European titles under their belt and were the runners-up in 1984. Spain won their most recent European title in 2012, two years after winning their first ever World Cup.
The period between 2008 and 2012 is considered to be their most successful. But Luis Enrique and his troops will try and prove that their recent drop in form is just that, and that the best is yet to come for this national team.

Spain Euro 2021 Group E Fixtures
Although Group E isn’t exactly the easiest group for them, Spain will be glad to avoid the likes of France, England and Germany until the knockout phase.
Sweden, Poland and Slovakia will be their opponents, and Enrique must be feeling rather good about his chances.
Spain will play all of their three group matches in Seville, and will be excused from traveling to Saint Petersburg, giving them an immediate advantage.
They will play their opener against Sweden on June 14th at 21:00 in Seville. This will be their opportunity to set the tone early and establish dominance in their group. Their second match will be on June 19th against Poland. They will enjoy an extra day’s rest to prepare at home.
Their final match of the group stage will be a run-in with Slovakia on June 23rd at 18:00. This will be the weakest opponent on the docket, and they will be happy to use this opportunity to get some extra points if they need them.

Spain Euro 2021 Qualification & Form
Spain’s road to the European Championship was a cruise. They won eight of their ten matches and were unbeaten. Their two 1:1 draws came against Norway and Sweden.
Spain scored a total of 30 goals and conceded just five, for averages of 3,00 for and 0,5 against per game. They also managed to keep their net safe with five clean sheets in those matches.
Spain’s best performance was a 7:0 beatdown against Malta.
They didn’t do as well in the UEFA Nations League, with three victories, two draws and a loss. Their 1:0 defeat against Ukraine was a kick in the stomach, and the 1:1 draw with Switzerland didn’t help much.
But, they bounced back in spectacular fashion, beating Germany with a 6:0 result in their most recent Nations League match.
They started their World Cup qualifiers on the wrong foot drawing their opener against Greece with a 1:1 result. Their next two matches were victories against Georgia and Kosovo.
Whilst their performance wasn’t up to par, Enrique isn’t worried about qualifying at the moment.

Spain Euro 2021 Squad Analysis
Louis Enrique enjoyed a successful stint in Barcelona before being offered the national team manager role in 2018. His return to Barcelona saw him win the treble in his first season, and the double in his second. As manager, this is where he found the most success in his career, with a win record of 76,2%.
His first stint as the manager for the Spanish national team was short but successful. The team won eight of their ten matches and lost two. But Enrique had to resign in 2019 due to personal reasons.
However, he came back later that year for another crack. After his return, the team played 11 matches and they weren’t able to find much success. They won five, drew five and lost one match since late 2019.
Spain is in the company of the most expensive squads of the tournament, with their total value standing at 855 million euros.
David de Gea is Spain’s man with something to prove. With United’s goalkeeper position still uncertain, de Gea will be looking to dish out his best performances at the Euros. This will be his opportunity to regain his starting goalkeeper role for good and prove his doubters wrong.
It will be interesting to see who Enrique plays at the CF position. Morata hasn’t had a very good season for Juventus, with 11 goals in 32 appearances. But Moreno has had an excellent season for Villarreal with 23 goals and five assists in 33 appearances.
Spain certainly have the quality to compete against the best teams in the tournament, but the pressure is currently on Enrique to come out with a ready and motivated squad and turn their luck around.

Spain Euro 2021 Odds
It’s no secret that Spain are the best team in group E at the Euros, even with their drop in form recently. The bookmakers have given them just 1,04 odds of qualifying into the knockout phase, and there is absolutely no value here.
They are also given 1,30 odds of finishing atop the group, which is the only realistic scenario here.
Spain are not exactly the favorites to win the tournament this year, but at 9,00 odds, this is a bet that might very well be of excellent value. They still have an excellent team and are very eager to make a comeback among the best European teams.
The bookmakers give Morata 26,00 odds of being the top goalscorer of the tournament. But with his recent form, it’s highly unlikely that this will happen. Ferran Torres has been their best goalscorer recently, and he has been valued at 34,00 odds of being the top goalscorer of the tournament.

Spain Euro 2021 Prediction
The winner of Group E will be paired with the third-placed team from one of the first four groups (A,B,C,D). That said, Spain should have no trouble making it to the quarter-finals.
In the quarter-finals,there is a high chance that they will have to face off against England or Germany, and this is where their road might come to an end. This is why their odds of making it to the semi-finals are 2,62.
Spain prediction: To reach the quarter-final at 1,50 odds.
