Two teams who are secure in the top ranks in the East will battle it out tonight in the Wells Fargo center. Philly, who is currently standing on a 37W 19L record will host a 38W 22L Cavs team who has been playing very solid on both ends of the floor recently.

The Sixers are one of the top dogs in the East for years now. This season it seems finally the offensive synergy between Harden and Embiid has reached a higher level and they are ready for great things. They are sitting comfortably in 3rd spot in the East, much of it due to their excellent defence where they allow their opponents only 110 PPG. On the offensive side of the floor, they are averaging 26 assisted baskets per game which are expected with such a good facilitator like J. Harden. Their shooting splits have been solid throughout the season and they managed to accumulate 56% shooting efficiency so far.

For tonight’s game Philly will not be missing any key players except F. Korkmaz (personal reasons) while P.J Tucker remains “questionable” for the moment.

The Cavs are playing a very good season themselves. They are currently 4th in the East and their offence has been very good. They are averaging 111 PPG while letting their opponents score only 105 PPG which gives them an amazing +6 Off/Deff difference. They have been rolling recently, clutching the last 7 victories, they are in a very good moment.

We believe, due to their inconsistency the 76ers will be able to stop their winning streak. Philly is one of the best home teams in the league, and the inconsistency that this Cavs team has shown during the season gives us the motive to suspect they will not perform tonight up to their standards.
