CHICAGO BULLS VS ORLANDO MAGIC
Thu, Nov 16. 01:10 (UK time)
Franz Wagner has scored 45 points over his last two games, passing this line in both. He’s scored 21 or more points in four of his last six appearances, and has gone over this line in five of six games when he’s got up 16 or more field-goal attempts.
While the Bulls play at a slow pace, they give up a tonne of offensive rebounds, which will enable the Magic to create some more possessions. Orlando also has the benefit of facing one of the league’s worst defence (Chicago are 22nd in defensive rating).
With Markelle Fultz still sidelined, Wagner is going to have the ball in his hands more often. We’re expecting another 20+ effort from the talented German wing.
PHOENIX SUNS VS MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES
Thu, Nov 16. 02:10 (UK time)
Following their brawl with the Warriors on Tuesday, Anthony Edwards is the only Minnesota Timberwolves player with individual props available for Wednesday’s game against the Phoenix Suns. That’s fine, though, as there’s plenty of value here.
Edwards has been a fringe MVP candidate through the first few weeks of the season, and he will relish the opportunity to topple Phoenix’s Big Three.
While not at his most productive on Tuesday, finishing with just 20, four and four, Edwards is often going to have favourable matchups against an average Suns defence. He’s gone over this line in five of his last six – there’s superb value at this price.
- Selection: Anthony Edwards over 10.5 assists and rebounds
- Best Odds: 2.10
- Bookmaker: bet365
- Stakes: 9/10
PORTLAND TRAIL BLAZERS VS CLEVELAND CAVALIERS
Thu, Nov 16. 03:10 (UK time)
Only five teams turn the ball over more often than the Portland Trail Blazers. Their assist-to-turnover ratio is the worst in the Association. With Malcolm Brogdon, Anfernee Simons and Scoot Henderson out, Portland are leaning on Skylar Mays at point guard.
In Portland’s loss to the Jazz last time out, three Utah players (all guards) ended with over 1.5 steals. Opponents average a league-high 9.7 steals per game against Portland – Cleveland is an elite defensive team when fully healthy, and Donovan Mitchell can be impactful on the perimeter, averaging 2.1 steals per game.
He’s ninth in steal rate for the season.
Mitchell has cleared this line in three of his last four and six of nine overall. This bet is the standout among the late tip-offs.
