The Nuggets are on a 2-game losing streak, losing on the road against the Hawks and the Pelicans. I am predicting that the home court will favour them tonight, as they will feel more comfortable performing better than recently. The emphasis is on J. Murray, who scored only 4 points in the 2nd half against the Pelicans, and his +/- in the 2nd half was -19. Both teams are in the top in almost all offensive parameters, where the Nuggets are 2nd-best offensive-rated home team in the league.

Not to mention the sense of urgency Malone‘s squad is feeling after losing 2 games in a row, which is always a good thing in a regular season NBA game – betting-wise. I expect Jokic to be on top of his game tonight, as he will be facing off against L. Doncic, if the Nuggets run their offence through him efficiently, they will be in a good position to clinch the win.
The Nuggets will be missing M. Porter Jr, with a heel injury. The questionable players for tonight are Jeff Green and K. Caldwell-Pope.

The Mavs have been shooting the lights out in their last couple of games. They are the team that plays the most controlled offence but also shoots the highest number of threes (40.5 Per game), which are facts that usually do not go together. They have been fighting to overcome the .500 W/L ratio which they have accomplished with their most recent wins. They are sitting at 12W 11L now, in 9th place in the Western Conference.

Tim Hardaway has finally shown some signs of life, scoring 8 three-pointers against the Knicks. The Mavs are hoping that Tim Hardaway Jr and Luka will be efficient enough for a positive result tonight. The only mention on their injury report is Christian Wood who is listed as ‘questionable’ due to illness.
