Texas Rangers vs Houston Astros Same Game Parlay: 3.60 Wager for Thursday Night

Texas Rangers vs Houston Astros Same Game Parlay, Opta Stats, Player Props

In more proof of how the underdogs have dominated this year’s MLB post-season, the Houston Astros escaped Arlington with a convincing 8 – 5 win as underdogs on Wednesday night. At 2.29, the Astros jumped on Max Scherzer, and the offense continued to pour it on while climbing back into the ALCS. Now only down 2 wins to 1, the Astros are once again listed as the underdogs on Thursday night, and that suits our resident baseball expert just fine!

When it comes to thinking underdog, Ej is the guy to know and he is out to prove why it has consistently led to winning in the MLB playoffs this year.

TEXAS RANGERS VS HOUSTON ASTROS SAME GAME PARLAY: STROS TRYING TO LEVEL ALCS AT 2 – 2

ASTROS SET TO BARK LIKE A BIG DOG

The Texas Rangers were underdogs in their first 7 games of the American League Playoffs, and they rolled to a 7 – 0 record in that spot, and then Game 3 in Arlington happened. After jumping out to a 2 – 0 ALCS lead with two wins in Houston, the line setters tried to convince the world that Houston had no fight left in them while listing Texas as 1.70 favourites to win Game 3 at home.

NOT SO FAST MY FRIENDS!! Which team was the underdog again? Oh, that’s right, it was Houston, and look what we have here on Thursday night but a favoured Texas team at 1.80 on the Moneyline. That means Houston is seeing lines like 2.05 and 2.00 to level this series at two games apiece with Game 5 coming here in Arlington too. I am not about to remotely stop thinking underdog while the dogs are 8 – 0 when Texas is on the field in the post-season this year.

Andrew Heaney is being asked to get Texas back on top of the Astros, but all he has done is pitch out of the bullpen lately. Heaney hasn’t pitched more than 5 innings since late August, and he hasn’t thrown a pitch in a game since October 7. With 12 days off between outings, that spells D-I-S-A-S-T-E-R, in case you needed it spelled out, HA!

The Astros are swinging the bat mad and pissed off, and you could see the aggression on Wednesday night on both sides of the dugouts. Everyone seemed to want to get up to the plate and hit the tar out of a baseball, and this Over 9 is stupid!

Will there be 9 runs scored in Game 4 of the Texas vs Houston ALCS? You bet your there will be, and the Over 5 is showing on the 1st-5 Inning total too. Yeah, jump all over that like a trampoline, and expect Altuve and Alvarez to both pick up a hit in this game.

Oh my, did you see the catch that robbed Yordy Alvarez of a Home Run on Wednesday night? Do yourselves a favour and just go Google Game 3 ALCS catch of the game, and it will pop up in an instant! What a flash of leather that was, but he will not miss tonight.

I expect both Altuve and Alvarez to be instrumental in the success of the Astros on Thursday night, so include all of this in your same-game parlay tonight.

RUNS WILL BREAK THE DISH IN GAME 4

When we move the lines to make this a same-game parlay, we have to play the Over 9.5 with the Astros Moneyline. The true total is a straight 9, so keep that in mind, as I already mentioned I like the 1st-5 Inning total to come in.

I would like to see you all add Alvarez and Altuve to record 1+ Hits each in your parlay, and that will set this boost into overdrive. Expect this series to be tied at 2 – 2 when we arrive at Game 5 on Friday night in Arlington!
