The Boston Red Sox will play host to the Twins for a 3-game series that starts on Tuesday night at Fenway Park, and Chris Sale is taking the mound again for the home team. All we’ve been doing around here is cashing tickets fading the ability of Chris Sale to pitch, and our resident baseball expert Ej Garr is going back to the well! They’re letting Chris Sale pitch so we take full advantage of it again! I know, sometimes a broken record can actually make music, and fading Chris Sale this season has been an easy way to splash the pot and take home the dough.

I am doing it again today because once again he proved to us that finding the strike zone is not as easy as it sounds. The last time Sale took the mound was against the Tampa Bay Rays who went on to win their 12th game before reaching that ultimate 13 – 0 mark to kick off the 2023 campaign. That tied the record for wins to begin a season as I mentioned they would do in my article right here.

We put the Chris Sale Over 1.5 walks and the Tampa Bay team total on the board and you cashed both of those tickets, thank you very much! I have two more for us today because I am not letting something continue that I honestly think will keep happening. Over the last four years, Chris Sale has been a complete waste of time and money as he has amassed a 12 – 14 record, and his ERA this year is outrageous at 11.25.

Sale walked two batters for us before he even recorded three outs against Tampa, and the line setters are letting us have that bet again today. I see a 1.87 offer from William Hill sitting there screaming at me to pound that thing until the cows come home! Sale has given up a home run in each of his three starts, and he hasn’t been around to pitch in a 6th inning in any of those outings.

Boston just lost the 4th game of their series with the Angles after winning the first three games of the set, while the Twins have looked terrible at the plate the last two days against the Yankees. Domingo German and Gerrit Cole pitched absolute gems against Minnesota, so I can’t knock them for that. Cole was filthy only allowing 2 total hits going the distance in a 2 – 0 win on Sunday at Yankee Stadium, but the Twins had Monday off to regroup and pull it back together knowing Chris Sale is taking the Fenway mound on Tuesday.

I do not doubt that the Twins are looking forward to getting out of NY to face Boston and Sale, and we have two bets to cash again tonight.
