That’s right, you got so paid on Monday that it’s ridiculous! Arizona and Colorado were done scoring our 6.5 runs before they completed the second inning! My 1st 5-Inning offer on Monday from the desert saw a 5 – 4 game before the 3rd inning, and we’re back here again for Tuesday’s best bet.

Now, this one looks more difficult because of the pitching matchup we are expecting to get, but in all actuality, it gives me more confidence than fear. Kyle Freeland and Zac Gallen are listed as the probable starters on the mound this Tuesday night, so let’s discuss more about them.

I’ll start with Freeland, and yes, he has 3 starts under his belt that are fantastic in which he didn’t allow a single earned run. The Phillies, Nationals, and Brewers were those three opponents, and if you like Shania Twain then you know That Don’t Impress Me Much! (Stop trying to autocorrect me, I know it should be doesn’t impress me much. It’s the song, not me, HA)

Freeland’s last start against Florida won’t leave anything to write home about either because the Marlins’ offence isn’t exactly up there with the big bats of baseball.

Freeland already has a start against Arizona this campaign that came back on April 28, and although he only gave up 3 earned runs, the Snakes pounded out a 9 – 1 win in Colorado that day. That series was so full of runs it was insane, and we just saw the 7 – 5 result from last night that fed us good money at 2.42 on that 1st 5 inning total.

All right, let’s talk Gallen now because that amazing start to the season had everyone thinking that he is going to just keep on keepin’ on, and that has not been the case. Ironically, both Texas and Pittsburgh beat the snot out of Gallen and Freeland, and here they are meeting on a hot evening in the desert, whether the roof is closed or left open.

I mentioned it was going to be 99 degrees F on Monday, and that will be the case again most of this week as you look ahead to the local weather. Since I have experienced living in Arizona for two years of my life, that is not exactly scorching hot there yet, it’s when it gets to 116 and 120 that you feel like bacon walking around!

Anyway, these two offences are both hitting the tar out of the ball of late, and I don’t think any two pitchers can combine to slow them both down on the same night. At least one of these two pitchers is going to get lit up, and that is why I am turning to the total again on Tuesday.
