Horse Racing NBA Player Props for December 29th: 6.67 Acca For Three Friday Night Games

ORLANDO MAGIC VS NEW YORK KNICKS

Jalen Brunson is averaging exactly 26 points per game this season. Friday night sees Brunson take on the league’s fourth-ranked defence, and he will spend much of the game guarded by an All-Defense candidate in Jalen Suggs.
Brunson has cleared this line against Milwaukee (twice) and the Lakers in his last six games. He has gone under in the other three. The Bucks and Lakers are subpar perimeter defensive teams. The other three – Thunder, Nets, Clippers – have plus defenders and length to throw at Brunson.
Having played 12 games in December, Brunson has only cleared this number four times. We feel very confident taking the under against an excellent Magic defence.
Atlanta Hawks vs Sacramento Kings

The Kings are again a leaky defensive team. Sacramento are 22nd in defensive rating, and place in the bottom 10 in assists conceded per game. They have allowed 11 dimes to Scoot Henderson and 10 to Anthony Edwards in their last two games.
The aforementioned duo are nowhere near Trae Young’s level as a playmaker. Atlanta has seen Young average 18.9 potential assists per game in December, which is behind only Tyrese Haliburton and Luka Doncic.
Young is up to 12.4 assists per game this month, and has cleared this line in five straight.
HOUSTON ROCKETS VS PHILADELPHIA 76ERS

Tobias Harris’ usage rate leaps from 17.5% with Joel Embiid to 23.7% without the reigning MVP. Embiid has been confirmed as an absentee for Philadelphia’s game with Houston on Friday – Harris has cleared this points line in each of his last three, including the previous two without Embiid.
In road games against Orlando and Miami (two good defences), Harris has got up 18 and 23 shots. He averages just 12.7 field goal attempts per game for the season.
While Harris gets fewer attempts at the rim without Embiid and fewer open threes, it allows him to go to work in the mid-range more often. Houston’s defence is designed to give up mid-range attempts, and opponents shoot almost 44% on such looks.
This number might seem high with Harris’ averages and he’s facing a good Rockets defence, but we like the high usage without Embiid.
