Frank Lampard’s men have really strengthened up at the back after a run of seven clean sheets in their last nine matches in all competitions. Only one team has scored fewer goals than them in the Premier League but none have conceded fewer than them in the UEFA Champions League. That late Serhou Guirassy equaliser against Rennes was the only goal that the Blues have conceded in four European matches this season.
