Inter vs Arsenal Prediction: Team News and Lineups Preview
Both sides come into this game unbeaten in their Champions League campaign so far. Although in this new convoluted Champions League format, that’s only enough for 7th and 9th place in the table respectively. Defeat for either side in this game will be far from a disaster, but both Inter and Arsenal will want to rack up as many points as possible on the board to provide them with a chance to rest or rotate in the final group stage games with such a busy schedule on the horizon.
The last time the two sides played, Arsenal ran out 5-1 winners at the Giussepe Meazza, a result that sent shockwaves around Europe. It’s unlikely the margin of victory will be anything like that this time around! Neel Shah previews the game and predicts a tight, cagey, tactical game which might end up as one for the purists.
- Inter v Arsenal Tip 1: Inter Draw No Bet
- Inter v Arsenal Tip 2: Inter Asian Handicap Corners (-0.5)
Inter vs Arsenal Prediction 1: Capitalise on Arsenal form and absentees
England, Premier League, Sunday, October 27h, 16:30 (UK)Arsenal come into this game in poor form on the road. They’ve won just 1 of their last 5 away games, including a defeat to Newcastle on the weekend. Inter, by contrast have won 5, drawn 1 and lost just 1 home game (to city rivals AC Milan in the last minute of the game).
The Gunners do actually have a good record against Italian teams when arriving as the visitors, and recent trips to Napoli and AC Milan in 2018 and 2019 both ended with Arsenal victorious. However, as we will touch on later, their current injury list and recent form means I’d be wary of backing them for this particular fixture against an Inter side who are playing well and relatively fresher. At the current odds, I’d be happy to have Inter onside in some way, if not to win the game outright then with some insurance on the draw no bet market.

Inter v Arsenal Prediction 2: Premier League bias?
We head to the corner flags for our second bet for this fixture. Taking the away game against EFL side Preston out of the sample, Arsenal have lost the corner count in 5 of their other 6 away games this season. In contrast, Inter have won the corner battle 5 times, drawn it once and lost it just once in 2024/25.
This includes games against Juventus and AC Milan, far from easy opposition. I’m surprised by the odds on offer for this and it looks more like its been priced on relative team strength and a potential Premier League bias. There’d be various ways to take on these markets, as Inter have also reached double figures for corners but I’m happy to take the safer play for them to simply win the Asian Handicap on corners
- Inter v Arsenal Prediction 2: Inter Asian Handicap Corners -0.5 (TRACKED BET)
- Best Odds: 1.8
- Bookmaker: bet365
- Stake: 10/10
