Iga Swiatek has one battle left against Jasmine Paolini on Saturday in Paris, as the 2024 French Open plays its final match at Stade Roland Garros. Ej’s Iga Swiatek vs Jasmine Paolini prediction features odds at -102 and can be found below…

Swiatek is the hard favorite to win her third consecutive title in Paris, which would also earn the Polish #1 a third straight win on clay after titles in Madrid and Rome.

Jasmine Paolini is on cloud 9 making an appearance in a Major final, and despite being a considerable underdog the Italian will need to keep her emotions in check.

SWIATEK VS PAOLINI PREDICTION: A TRIFECTA OF TRIFECTA’S

  • Prediction: Match Total Over 17.5 Games
  • Best Odds: -102
  • Bookmaker: Pinnacle
  • Stakes: 3/10

Odds as of 7:00 am UK Time June 8, 2024. Odds may now differ.

Iga Swiatek is in line to win a trifecta of French Open titles and a trio of titles on clay with one victory at Roland Garros on Saturday.

The Polish #1 blasted through Madrid undefeated and then tore through Rome without a loss, and now a win at the Parisian Major will be the icing on the cake.

While the celebrations are expected to come without issue, the line setters are screaming that the Italian has almost a zero chance of winning her first Major title in Paris. At -1250 Swiatek is laying -6.5 games on the handicap, and a 17.5 is showing on the total for the French Open Finale.

The question on everyone’s mind will be if Paolini can make this a difficult day for Iga, or will the World’s #1 cruise to another easy straight-sets win in Paris. No one in Jasmine’s camp will be emotionally charged with hope unless an early break sets any tone for the upset.

The Over 2.5 Sets Prop is +400, and the first miracle Jasmine would need is to win even a set against a Goliath named Iga Swiatek. Playing the role of David in this match is exactly what Jasmine is up against but she’s already accomplished so much.

Not only has the Italian pocketed a cool 1.25M Bucks for the runner-up spot, but becoming the first Italian to win a French Open title would be enormous. Jasmine’s doubles partner Sara Errani is one of the other two Italians to reach a final in Paris, and those two will play in the doubles semifinal at 13:30 before this FInal.

I will boldly expect an emotional Paolini to go out with a 6 – 3, 6 – 3 loss to cash the Over 17.5 by a hair.

IGA SWIATEK RECENT FORM

Three titles on clay in one campaign puts Iga in a league of her own, and winning three French Open titles in three years makes quite a statement.

The World’s #1 will remain the best player on Earth until proven otherwise. Iga is joining names like Chris Evert from the Open Era for some impressive accomplishments in Paris in only six seasons.

Iga will join a list of four players who have won a career four French Open titles should she beat Paolini on Saturday.

JASMINE PAOLINI RECENT FORM

Jasmine Paolini has suddenly had magic pass through her veins as a finalist in singles and semifinalist with her doubles partner Sara Errani.

Paolini is headed for the top 10 in the rankings for the first time in her career no matter the result of the French Open Final.

Paolini hadn’t even seen the third round in a Major until Australia this year when she reached the fourth round, and now she is a French Open finalist.

SWIATEK VS PAOLINI H2H –  STAT OF THE MATCH

Iga has made Jasmine look overwhelmed in each of their two meetings.

They first met at a W60 event on clay in Prague back in 2018, and Swiatek earned an easy win at 1 & 2.

The second meeting was played at the 2022 U.S. Open, and Jasmine was again only able to win 3 games in a straight-set loss at 3 & 0.
