Birrell is 6 – 2 in 2025 and a deep run at the Singapore Open could bolster the Aussie into the top 100 of the WTA Rankings for the first time in her career.

POLINA KUDERMETOVA RECENT FORM

Polina Kudermetova had to go 2 – 0 in qualifying at Brisbane and carried the main draw entry to the finals. After seven wins, she ran into the buzzsaw that is Aryna Sabalenka in the final but still won a set before the loss.

Kudermetova is ranked 57th on the WTA Tour and the 21-year-old is 10 – 2 in 2025 following up a 53 – 35 2024 campaign.
