Ipek was one of four qualifying players to reach the main draw after the win over wildcard Sara Cakarevic but the win didn’t come easily. After dropping the first set to the 291st-ranked France native, Ipek rebounded to win the final two frames earning the spot in the main draw.

The 237th-ranked Turkish native hasn’t gotten out of the second round in six straight events since returning to hard courts on October 23rd.

bet365 and William Hill aren’t being nice to the Southpaw by showing a -588 on Andreeva to get past Oz, although BetMGM here in New York has the best price of -500.

The line on Andreeva to sweep Ipek Oz in straight-sets is listed at -175 and that is partly why I am pointing to this total to stay under the 19.5 Games.

A 6 – 4, 6 – 3 win will be enough to win and I do not expect Oz to steal a set from Andreeva. That isn’t a disrespectful scoreline and I hope Andreeva finds some confidence this week because she could use it.

Andreeva hasn’t played since October 21 and has lost her last three outings coming into Le Open de Limoges. That doesn’t exactly fill me with confidence for this match but getting past Ipek Oz shouldn’t be a tough task for Andreeva.

The Under 19.5 Games is the play with expectations for Andreeva to take out Oz en route to a second-round appearance.
