First of all, Sabalenka’s serve was my biggest concern in her quarterfinal match, although it didn’t cost her a trip to the semifinals. Aryna took an injury timeout to navigate her nagging back pain and is a big concern on short rest.

Secondly, Dani Collins is on her final run on tour, and before retirement gets here she would love to put an Italian Open title on her resume. Collins has a clay title this season from her win at Charleston in early April, and her 12 – 1 record on dirt this season is impressive.
