Juventus vs Venezia Best Bet

Heading to the Allianz with my first selection as Juventus host bottom side Venezia on Sunday morning with the visitors in disastrous form, eight defeats on the spin has left them six points adrift.
Massimiliano Allegri’s side sit in fourth, with just four games to play the club have little to no chance in obtaining the title. They’re as short as 1.20 to win this game which is hard to argue given how poor Venezia have been although backing unders in the goal market may be a nice way to boost the price of a home win.
When playing at home this campaign Juventus have seen on average just 1.88 goals per game across 17 Serie A matches, they have scored 21 of the 32 in total which has seen them win 53% of the time. Eight of those nine wins saw under 3.50 match goals and it’s something I’m willing to get onside with at a very reasonable 2.10.
Venezia as mentioned are struggling, they have lost ten of their 16 away games in the top flight which average just 2.25 goals per 90. Against the top sides they have kept things tight despite losing against five of the current top seven they have travelled to. Under 3.50 match goals and a home win has banked against both Milan clubs, Napoli, Lazio and Fiorentina and I’m confident the boys from Turin can add themselves to that list.

AC Milan vs Fiorentina Best Bet

League leaders AC Milan are set to host Fiorentina with Stefano Pioli’s side on course for their first title since 2011. The hosts have come away victorious in 59% of matches when playing at the San Siro whilst Fiorentina have lost eight from 17 on the road.
The home side are available at 1.60 for the victory which is a nice price to build on, with a card friendly referee being appointed in Paolo Valeri and Fiorentina’s impressive card stats especially after the break, a bet builder valued at 2.25 caught my eye.
The side from Florence have an immaculate record in terms of receiving a card after the break, 15 of their 17 opponents have also picked up a caution in the second half. Given the high statistics this is an angle I’m happy to add alongside Milan to win the match.
The visitors have lost back to back games in the league after a six game unbeaten run, they were beaten away to Salernitna who are battling the drop and most recently thumped 4-0 by Udinese.
Milan arrive here in high spirits after coming from behind against Lazio in Rome, an unlikely goal scorer in Sandro Tonali clinched all three points with an injury time winner at the Stadio Olimpico and I feel they’ll be strong enough to win once again in front of the home fans.

Udinese vs Inter Milan Best Bet

Off to Udine with my final selection which involves the other Milan club as Inter travel to Udinese on Sunday evening. The visitors slipped up massively on Wednesday night which saw them come away empty handed in Bologna.
Gabriele Cioffi’s side have scored 28 times in 17 home matches averaging 1.65 per 90 which has seen them find the back of the net on 13 different occasions. Udinese have scored the most goals amongst teams in the bottom half and have scored in ten of the last 11 league fixtures.
You’d always have to fancy Inter to find the target and with them needing maximum points to have any chance of catching city rivals Milan, I feel this could be an entertaining clash. Simone Inzaghi’s men have scored in 15 away games from 17 whilst conceding in nine separate games on the road.
BTTS is available at 1.70 which seems reasonable, Udinese have plenty of quality in attacking areas to hurt Inter with the likes of an inform Gerard Deulofeu, the Spaniard has scored six times in his last ten Serie A appearances.
Cards have been an ever present occurrence at the Dacia Arena, in every single league game each side has been cautioned by the referee and with plenty on the line for the visitors it’s a trend I’m more than happy to get behind and combine it with both sides to score.
