Nice vs PSG Bet Builder Tips: Saturday March 5th
Paris Saint-Germain are overpriced as they travel to Nice on Saturday, having struggled in recent Ligue 1 away matches and with their focus doubtless on their midweek trip to Real Madrid in the Champions League.
Furthermore, Mauricio Pochettino’s side have found life difficult against Nice this season. Twice they have met at Parc des Princes and twice they were held to scoreless draws.
Unlocking the Nice defence on Saturday will not prove any easier given that they are without the suspended Kylian Mbappe, who has been their undoubted ace this season. Furthermore, Neymar may not get the full game after his recent injury issues and a big midweek date looming.
PSG have other selection problems, too. Achraf Hakimi, who provides them with such attacking menace from deep on the right is struggling with injury, while Sergio Ramos remains out.
Nice have not been in peak form in recent weeks but did show their defensive qualities in Strasbourg last weekend as they played out a scoreless draw, despite being reduced to 10 men early in the second half. Indeed, they have not conceded in their last three matches.
They are coming off a 2-0 win over Versailles in the Coupe de France on Tuesday that has sent them to the Stade de France for the final of the competition. They achieved that without two lynchpin players in Dante and Justin Kluivert, who will both return for this fixture after midweek bans. Helpfully, they will be fresh.
Nice head coach Christophe Galtier is a coach who matches up well against Mauricio Pochettino’s PSG. Not only is he the only boss of any team to leave the Parc des Princes without having been beaten this season, but he has also done it twice. Furthermore, his Lille side famously beat PSG to the Ligue 1 title last season, winning a vital match against PSG in the run-in.
History and form suggest this will be a close game.

Nice vs PSG Bet Builder Tips
- Match result will be Nice or Draw
- Under 3 goals in the Match for Both Teams Combined
- Over 10 corners in the Match for Both Teams Combined
I’m backing a low-scoring match given the recent results at the Stade de Nice. There are rarely too many goals when Nice host in Ligue 1. That will give the edge to the hosts, especially given PSG’s recent away form. This bet looks good value at the following odds:

What is a Bet Builder?
A bet builder is a kind of accumulator bet solely focussed on one match. A standard acca features multiple selections across different selections combined together into one bet. If one selection loses, the whole bet loses. A bet builder is similar but each selection is placed on the same match. Similar to the American prop bet, the bet builder goes into detail on a single match. Common selections include match outcome, total goals, cards, corners, and players to score.
