Jonathan Tah has his sights set on a new chapter in his career after securing the Bundesliga title with Bayer Leverkusen. Support them in their next game against RB Leipzig! The 28-year-old German international is now looking to move on from Xabi Alonso’s squad, and his desire for a transfer has been officially confirmed by his agent, Pini Zahavi.

Jonathan Tah’s Transfer Plans Revealed

Pini Zahavi, speaking to Bild, revealed that Tah had communicated his decision to leave Bayer Leverkusen at the start of the summer. “We hope to find a solution soon that satisfies all parties involved,” Zahavi stated, making it clear that the defender is eager to take on new challenges away from the BayArena.

Barcelona and Bayern Munich in the Race

Two of Europe’s biggest clubs, FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich, have expressed interest in signing Tah. However, both potential moves come with their own set of complications. For Bayern Munich, any negotiations with Tah are contingent upon the sale of Kingsley Coman, which has yet to be secured. Meanwhile, Barcelona’s ongoing financial difficulties could hinder their ability to finalise a deal.

Risks and Challenges in Tah’s Potential Move

While Tah is keen to leave Leverkusen, the path to his next destination is anything but straightforward. Barcelona’s financial woes and Bayern’s need to offload Coman first add layers of uncertainty to the transfer. Whether Tah will actually make the move remains to be seen, as both clubs face significant hurdles in bringing the German defender on board.

As the transfer window progresses, all eyes will be on how this situation unfolds and whether Jonathan Tah will get his desired move to a top European club.
