Boxing Champions League Acca Tips: Tuesday 7th December
We’re back for another set of Champions League acca tips this week. We’ll have two full cards of tips this week, one for the matches on Tuesday and another for Wednesday’s fixtures.
I’ve got four picks on my card for matchday 6. It’s the final set of group stage fixtures and a lot has already been decided. There is still value to be had but I’ve gone for a safer acca this week with odds of around 31/1.

Match 1: Ajax vs Sporting CP – Ajax -1.25 (AH)
I’m backing AFC Ajax to get a comfortable win against Sporting CP in Group C. The Dutch champions have already qualified top of the group but they’ve been in unstoppable form so far. Ajax are one of only three sides to maintain a 100% record thus far. Manchester City and Bayern Munich are the only sides to have outscored Erik Ten Haag’s men in the competition this season.
Qualification is effectively secured for Sporting as well. That 3-1 win over Borussia Dortmund in matchday 5 did most of the work. They’ll need to avoid a 10-goal swing to squander 2nd place to the Bundesliga side at the last.
I think Ajax will secure a convincing win here. they beat Sporting 5-1 in Portugal back on Matchday 1. They dominated the match from the off and I expect something similar here. That’s why I’m backing them -1.25 goals.

Match 2: FC Porto vs Atletico Madrid – Porto to Win
It’s a difficult match to call in Portugal. FC Porto welcome Atletico Madrid to Estádio do Dragão knowing that a win will secure a place in the next stage of the competition. It really is all to play for in Group B. A win for either side could secure a place in the knockout rounds but a draw could open things up for AC Milan to take 2nd.
The bookies can’t call this one. Both sides have a near-identical record in terms of points and goals. I think Porto have the edge considering that seven of the eight goals they’ve conceded in Group B came in the two matches against Liverpool. Porto held Atletico to a 0-0 draw in Madrid. It was a match they should have won and were denied a goal late on. I like Porto to get the win here. A looked at the +0 but a draw doesn’t secure their place in the knockout stage so they should go for the win.

Match 3: Real Madrid vs Inter Milan – No on Both Teams to Score
It’s a crucial match in Group D. Real Madrid and Inter have both qualified for the knockout phase of the competition but a win for either will secure top spot and a likely easier draw. Madrid are the top scorers in Group D with 12 goals in five matches while Inter have found the net eight times.
But I can see value in the number of goals each side has conceded. Madrid and Inter have only conceded three goals each in their five matches in the competition thus far. Both teams have scored in only four of the 9 matches combined these sides have played in the competition this season.
It was 1-0 to the visitors when these sides met at the San Siro back on matchday 1. I expect another low-scoring match here as Madrid close the match off and try to secure top spot in Group D. That’s why I’m backing no on the Both Teams to Score market.

Match 4: Shakhtar Donetsk vs FC Sheriff – Sheriff +0.5 (AH)
I’m backing FC Sheriff plus half a goal in the Asian handicap market. The Moldovan side had a fine start to life in the Champions League with two surprise wins early on. They’ve lost all three matches since then but have already secured 3rd spot and a place in the Europa League.
They face a Shakhtar side that has been woeful so far this season. The Ukrainian side hasn’t won a single match all season long. Their sole point came from a 0-0 draw with Inter on matchday 2. Dynamo Kyiv are the only side to have scored fewer goals in the competition than Shakhtar have this season. I think Sheriff look great value plus half a goal in this one.

What is a Champions League Acca?
A Champions League acca is an accumulator bet, a type of wager that is made up of several different selections combined together into a single bet. A Champions League acca would usually consist of a single bet made up of four or more selections on Champions League matches.
