Match 1: Villarreal vs Manchester United – Villarreal +0.25 (AH)
I’m backing Villarreal to get a result against Manchester United. The Spanish side came close to snatching a point when these sides last met. That was back in matchday 2 and Manchester United snuck a 2-1 win thanks to a late Cristiano Ronaldo goal.
Some will back a bounce after the departure of manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The Norwegian left Manchester United over the weekend and his former side have a couple of days to prepare for this.
Their performances in the Champions League have been largely inconsistent. They’ve conceded the first goal in three of their four matches. Only two teams have conceded the first goal in more of their matches. United have struggled to break down deep defensive teams and Unai Emery’s Villarreal have thrived at that in the past.
I’m backing the hosts to get a result with a draw no bet. Villarreal +0.25 was tempting but I like the 2.125 odds on the +0.

Match 2: Dynamo Kyiv vs Bayern Munich – Bayern Munich -1.5 (AH)
I’m backing Bayern Munich to get another big win in this one. Julian Nagelsmann’s side have won every Champions League match this side by a margin of three or more goals. They’re the top scorers in the competition with 17 goals in four matches. Only Chelsea have conceded fewer goals than them.
Dynamo Kyiv, meanwhile, have struggled. They’re winless after four matches and haven’t found the net. The Ukrainian side have been fairly competent at keeping the goals out. They’ve only let in seven goals in four matches which is the joint-lowest of any team that has lost at least three of their opening four.
But Bayern should have too much for them here. The Bavarians have won five of their last seven matches against the side from Ukraine. Dynamo Kyiv have only lost more Champions League matches against FC Barcelona.
Bayern are aiming to become the first side in Champions League history to score four or more goals in four consecutive matches. I don’t think they’ll get that many but I’m backing them with -1.5 goals in the Asian lines.

Match 3: Lille vs Salzburg – Under 2.5 Goals
I’m backing a low-scoring match as Lille host RB Salzburg in Group G. The score was 2-1 to the hosts when Lille travelled to Austria for the first meeting between them. Salzburg are now top of Group G with the French side in 2nd. A low-scoring match will probably suit both of them with the sides in 3rd and 4th set to meet in Spain.
Lille have only found the net three times in the Champions League this season. Only four clubs have scored fewer goals than them this campaign and all of them are 4th in their respective groups.
Fans at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy haven’t been treated to the most entertaining matches in the Champions League this season. Lille have drawn both of their home games 0-0 this campaign against Wolfsburg and Sevilla. They’ve averaged 1.5 total match goals in their four games in Europe this season. That’s the lowest in the competition.
I don’t think this will be a classic but I can see either side winning. Either way, I don’t think there will be too many goals so I’m going under 2.5 here.

Match 4: Chelsea vs Juventus – Juventus +0.5 (AH) at 2.35
Chelsea are in a peculiar position as defending champions. Their qualification is effectively secured and they’ve kept three clean sheets in four matches. In spite of that, they sit 2nd in Group H. They’ve only scored six goals thus far and now hope to stop a rampant Juventus side from doing the double over them.
The hosts were the winners when Juventus and Chelsea met in Turin back in September. Max Allegri’s side have won all four matches, only three other sides have maintained a 100% record this season. They travel well in the Champions League. Juve have won seven of their last nine away matches in Europe. They only conceded five times in that run.
Chelsea have struggled against Italian opposition of late. They’ve only won one of their last 10 Champions League games against sides from Italy, losing six. They didn’t keep a clean sheet in any of them and conceded 21 times in total.
I think the visitors look great value in this match. Chelsea have looked unstoppable in the Premier League of late but I don’t think they should be as short as they are in this one.

What is a Champions League Acca?
A Champions League acca is an accumulator bet, a type of wager that is made up of several different selections combined together into a single bet. A Champions League acca would usually consist of a single bet made up of four or more selections on Champions League matches.
The Champions League acca is a popular way to bet on European football matches. As more selections are added to the bet, the odds rapidly increase as all are multiplied together. This can lead to massive odds for a small stake if building an acca for a Champions League match.
As is the same with double and treble bets, all selections need to win or the accumulator loses. That is why so many look for Champions League acca tips for guidance.
