Real Madrid to win
KK Crvena zvezda zvezda is welcoming Real Madrid in this Round 32 of the basketball Euroleague Regular season.
The venue: Štark Arena in Belgrade, Serbia
Only three games are left for each team and this one particular could be decisive for final standings.
The Serbian team was in big decline of form, losing three consecutive matches but now they have won the last two and are in good position to secure playoffs spot. Currently Crvena zvezda is tied on 5th and 6th position with 18-13 overall record. But I don't think they're really back on the right track when their form is in question. Namely whom they have defeated in the past two rounds? Olympiacos and Virus. Away game at Greece was highly suspicious. Let's be completely honest. Olympiacos clearly gifted them victory (those two clubs are in friendly relations). Zvezda on that game heavily weakened, playing without player on center position but no matter of this, Olympiacos who has top centers, didn't took advantage of this cause head coach Georgios Bartzokas for most of the time kept his centers on the bench. Enough said. Second win came in meeting at home vs Virtus Bologna, the team who is in free fall and who lost nine consecutive matches in Euroleague. That being said, we don't have any proof Zvezda is back on track when their form is in question. Don't be surprised if they lose all of three games left.
Real Madrid on the other side is tied from 7th to 10th place with 17-14 overall record but in much better form, winning 4 of the past 5 in Euroleague. Their only loss in the mentioned period was away at Panathinaikos who is a defenfing champion.
