Horse Racing Premier League Acca Tips: Saturday March 12th
There are only three matches I’m giving Premier League acca tips for this Saturday. There are six more matches tomorrow and another one on Monday. Saturday’s three games are the focus here and I’ve got best bets for the lot. Manchester United vs Tottenham is the pick of the bunch but there is also a big match at the bottom of the table. Here are my Premier League best bets this Saturday:

Brighton vs Liverpool Best Bets

Brighton take on Liverpool in the early Saturday kick off. It’s a potential banana-skin match for Jurgen Klopp’s men as they look to close the gap on Manchester City at the top of the table. They played in the Champions League in midweek and may be tired.
It’s a good time to be facing Brighton. The Seagulls have endured a four-match losing streak in the Premier League. They haven’t lost five straight top-flight matches since a run of five in 1982. Home form has deserted them after a strong start to the season. They’ve won only one of their last 10 at home in the league.
Liverpool have also been struggling in recent weeks. The Reds have been securing points but they’ve been doing things the difficult way. Jurgen Klopp’s men have been struggling for goals, something of a rarity since he took charge. Liverpool have scored only three times in their last four matches in all competitions. They scored 12 times in the four before then.
That’s why I’m looking at the Both Teams to Score market. Both teams have scored in only 52% of Brighton’s matches and in only 41% of Liverpool’s. Backing no seems like the best bet at those odds.

Brentford vs Burnley Best Bet

It’s a relegation battle in London at Brentford take on Burnley. The Bees finally ended their losing streak last time out with that vital 3-1 victory over Norwich. It was only the second time since January 10th that they had conceded fewer than twice in a Premier League match.
Sean Dyche’s men have lost their last two after taking seven points from three matches. Their collapse is down to their defensive issues. The Clarets conceded six goals in their last two matches. They let in only three in the seven games before then.
The bookies are expecting a low-scoring match here – just as they did when Brentford last took to the field against Norwich last weekend. There were four goals in that game despite the goal line bouncing between 2.0 and 2.25. I can see a similar outcome here and I think the value bet is backing over on goals.

Manchester United vs Tottenham Best Bet

I’m backing Tottenham plus a quarter of a goal as Antonio Conte’s side travel to Manchester. This is an interesting fixture between two sides battling for 4th place in the Premier League and one that has produced some excellent moments.
It’s also been the subject of an interesting trend. The home side won each of the seven Premier League meetings between Spurs and United between 2015 and 2018. The home side has won only one of the last six Premier League meetings since then. That includes last season’s 6-1 victory for Spurs. The combined scoreline for the last three Premier League meetings between these sides at Old Trafford is Manchester United 3-10 Tottenham.
That’s why I think Spurs look great value on the Asian handicap market. Conte’s men have been given half a goal by the bookies given the match odds. They’re out at 3.55 in the 1X2 to win the match. A quarter of a goal seems like a lot given Spurs’ recent record in bigger matches. They’ve taken four points from recent matches against Manchester City and Liverpool. I wouldn’t be surprised if they added Manchester United to that list.
